Me parece a mi, o los lácteos son el único alimento que no es un cadáver o parte de un cuerpo? También los huevos no fecundados.
Claro que los vegetales no siempre mueren cuando se les saca una hoja o fruto, pero esa hoja o fruto suele estar vivo hasta poco antes de consumirlo y en muchos casos se le podría extender la vida por mucho tiempo.
Quizás hay algo poético en que una madre puede darle a su cría el único alimento que no implica muerte.
Consumo animales, no me suelo plantear esto de la muerte como un problema ético y moral, pero el planteo vegano siempre me llevó a imaginarme a la existencia de cualquier ser, al menos en el reino animal e insecto, como la inevitable necesidad de consumir otros seres vivos para poder existir. Que quizás haya un estado evolutivo en el que se trascienda esta condición de alguna forma.
Me sorprende que los lácteos sean la única excepción.
De más está decir que no hay manera amable de conseguir la leche de otros animales sin lastimarles, pero no apunto a eso.
